Ave Satani (From The Omen)
Ave Satani is the musical centerpiece to the score from The Omen, composed by Jerry Goldsmith. The 1976 Omen film won an Oscar for Best Score, with Ave Satani nominated for Best Song, one of the few foreign language (Latin) songs ever to be nominated.
The Omen (1976)[]
A shorter, slightly faster mix of Ave Satani was used in the opening credits of The Omen. The full version of the song was used in the end credits.
Omen IV: The Awakening[]
A remix of Ave Satani played when Father Hayes suffered a fatal heart attack. The original full version of the song later played in the ending scene which showed Karen's funeral.
